Customer Service Representative

We look for people who have:

• Customer service experience
• Dedication to producing work of the highest quality
• Strong communication and math skills
• Positive, hardworking and professional attitude
• Desire and ability to handle fast paced environment
• Clean and professional appearance
• High school diploma
• Computer keyboard proficiency
• Progressive stable work history
• Day, evening, and weekend availability
• Capability to be present and on time for all scheduled shifts
• Ability to comply with all state and federal laws governing our industry
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Management

Must have mastery of the Customer Service Representative expectations in addition to:

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Prior management experience
• College degree or some college education preferred
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to build a team using development as well as performance management tools
